Watts Brewing, Red Mason Rye

Rye Ale. Our signature rye ale features the earthy and faintly spicy quality of malted rye, interwoven with Yakima-grown Mt Hood hops. The result is a malt forward, yet dry balance with subtle fruit-like fermentation character and moderate hop bitterness. (16oz Can) - $6

Avery, White Rascal

Belgian Style White Ale. A truly authentic Belgian style wheat or “white” ale, this Rascal is unfiltered (yup, that’s yeast on the bottom) and cleverly spiced with coriander and Curaçao orange peel producing a refreshingly zesty classic ale. (12oz Can) - $5

Orval, Trappist

Belgian Ale. What’s special about Orval’s beer is that hops are added at two different stages of the production process. First, in the brewing room, a large quantity of very fine hops are added – this produces the famous bitter taste and is the reason why the beer keeps for a longer period of time. Later, in the storage cellars, hops are once again added. This is the so-called British “dry hopping,” which produces the delightful aroma that completely enraptures even the most carefully forewarned taster. (11.2oz Bottle) - $14

Boundary Bay, Scotch Ale

Scotch Ale. The Boundary Bay Scotch Ale became a Northwest classic with the inaugural brew in 1995. The Long Boil in the Kettle Caramelizes the wort, producing deep-copper tones. Scotch Ale’s signature malt character is crafted for pure enjoyment. (12oz Can) - $5

IPA

Bale Breaker, Bottomcutter IPA

Imperial IPA. Double dry-hopped with homegrown Yakima hops, Bottomcutter IIPA may be light in color but is packed with citrus and pine hop character. This Imperial IPA is brewed to finish dry, perfect for the combination of Citra, Simcoe, and Equinox hops. As the bottomcutter is a tractor that leads the topcutter through the fields during harvest, this beer will lead to a new appreciation for our valley’s hops. (12oz Can) - $6

Black Raven, Samish Haze IPA

Hazy IPA. Black Raven Brewing's latest creation in the world of hazy IPA, this one is only available locally. The Samish Haze cuts straight to the point - hoppy, hazy, goodness! (12oz Can) - $5

Bale Breaker, Dormancy

Breakfast Stout. Boasting notes of freshly-brewed espresso and rich chocolate, Dormancy Imperial Stout was conditioned on locally-roasted coffee beans from Yakima's Lincoln Avenue Coffee Co.
