Pilsner. 2023 World Beer Cup Bronze Award winner! Born from the crystal-clear waters of the Icicle River, this carefully crafted pilsner is perfect for any occasion. Crisp, clean and endlessly refreshing, Premium Pilsner is well-balanced with a light hop character. It’s subtle, yet refined, with lightly floral aromas, smooth mouthfeel, and satisfying finish. Italian Pilsner. Uccello Pilsner is an Italian style pilsner brewed and dry hopped with modern takes on classic noble hops. It features earthy, herbal, floral and lemon like aromas/ flavors, with a delicate malt back ground. (12oz Can)

Bavarian Hefeweizen. Made with 70% wheat, lightly hopped with German Hallertauer, it's refreshing and slightly dry with the beguiling banana and clove notes that give away the provenance of the true weizen yeast used. This is a German-style wheat beer the way it should be - no lemon needed to make up for inadequacy. (16oz Can)

Hazy Pale Ale. Reuben's Crushable is an approachable, bright, and hazy pale ale that lives up to its name: easy drinking yet completely juicy with lush tropical fruit aromas. (12 oz Can)

Rye Ale. Our signature rye ale features the earthy and faintly spicy quality of malted rye, interwoven with Yakima-grown Mt Hood hops. The result is a malt forward, yet dry balance with subtle fruit-like fermentation character and moderate hop bitterness. (16oz Can)

Belgian Style White Ale. A truly authentic Belgian style wheat or “white” ale, this Rascal is unfiltered (yup, that’s yeast on the bottom) and cleverly spiced with coriander and Curaçao orange peel producing a refreshingly zesty classic ale. (12oz Can)

Belgian Ale. What’s special about Orval’s beer is that hops are added at two different stages of the production process. First, in the brewing room, a large quantity of very fine hops are added – this produces the famous bitter taste and is the reason why the beer keeps for a longer period of time. Later, in the storage cellars, hops are once again added. This is the so-called British “dry hopping,” which produces the delightful aroma that completely enraptures even the most carefully forewarned taster. (11.2oz Bottle)

Imperial IPA. Double dry-hopped with homegrown Yakima hops, Bottomcutter IIPA may be light in color but is packed with citrus and pine hop character. This Imperial IPA is brewed to finish dry, perfect for the combination of Citra, Simcoe, and Equinox hops. As the bottomcutter is a tractor that leads the topcutter through the fields during harvest, this beer will lead to a new appreciation for our valley’s hops. (12oz Can)

Hazy IPA. Black Raven Brewing's latest creation in the world of hazy IPA, this one is only available locally. The Samish Haze cuts straight to the point - hoppy, hazy, goodness! (12oz Can)

West Coast IPA. This hoppy IPA is a full bodied beer brewed with malted barley, wheat, and crystal malts. The malt base is designed to highlight the unique floral qualities of Columbus and Cascade hops from the Pacific Northwest. Racer 5 is one of America’s most medal winning IPAs. West Coast IPA. Originally brewed to celebrate our first anniversary in 1997, Stone IPA was an immediate hit and soon became the flagship beer of our young brewery. One of the most well-respected and best-selling IPAs in the country, this golden beauty explodes with tropical, citrusy, piney hop flavors and aromas, all perfectly balanced by a subtle malt character. Non-Alcoholic Italian Style Lager. Made with the same superior Italian ingredients as Peroni Nastro Azzurro to create the same uplifting taste, now with 0.0% alcohol. (12oz Bottle)

Non-Alcoholic IPA. This non-alcoholic IPA is built upon the same foundation of quality and craftsmanship as the award-winning AleSmith IPA. This brew is highlighted by the fine balance achieved between bitterness and citrus bringing the IPA flavor profile, without the alcohol. (12oz Can)

Hard Cider. Washington apples & pears blended with real wildflower honey. Floral honey flavor in a sweet apple pear blend. Gluten free. (12oz Can)

Hard Cider. Semi sweet is a light, crisp cider with just a touch of sweetness. honey in color, this refreshing cider reveals hints of apricot with a pleasantly smooth finish. (16oz Can)

Raspberry Lambic. The appearance of this exceptional beer is matched only by its taste! To make our Framboise, we add raspberry juice to our lambic. That gives it a delicate fruity aroma and a beautiful dark pink color. (12oz Bottle)

Breakfast Stout. Boasting notes of freshly-brewed espresso and rich chocolate, Dormancy Imperial Stout was conditioned on locally-roasted coffee beans from Yakima's Lincoln Avenue Coffee Co. As winter settles in to the Pacific Northwest and the hop fields surrounding our brewery lay dormant, this beer was crafted to remind us that good things can still happen in the off-season for hops. Stout. An intense, pitch-black stout with bold flavors of coffee and dark cocoa from the roasted malts. This beer takes its name from the jet-black carpenter bees, genus Xylocopa. (16oz Can)

200ml Bottle (single glass pour) - NV, Prosecco, Italy DOC - 100% Glera. "This Prosecco has a bright yellow color with a nose of orchard fruits. Creamy, off-dry style with flavors of apple and pear with subtle sweetness."

"Delicate and fragrant like the flower from which it takes its name (elderflower), the Moscato Biancospino shows elegant hints of citrus and white flowers. The tasting confirms notes of mandarin, lime, and geranium flowers. With delicious minerality this is a wine that invites you to pour yourself a second glass to be enjoyed."

2024, Venezie, Italy IGT - 100% Pinot Grigio. "An exquisite dry white, DueTorri Pinot Grigio is fragrant on the nose bursting with citrus fruit aromas. It is fresh on the palate with perfectly balanced acidity and minerality."

2024, Red Mountain, WA - 100% Chardonnay. "Although designated Columbia Valley on the label, our Chardonnay features 100% estate-grown Red Mountain fruit from the oldest planting in the AVA. Fat, barrel-fermented components layer together with crisp, fruit-forward stainless lots - landing somewhere between cool-climate, austere Chardonnay and warm-climate, ripe/round Chardonnay. It's a crowd-pleasing wine that's equally at home with a food pairing or by itself."

2024, Columbia Valley, WA - 100% Sauvignon Blanc. "On the nose, a delicate scent of jasmine intertwines with a crisp aroma of green apple. On the palate, lemon peel offers a bright and zesty burst of citrus complemented by the presence of wet stone, and the subtle and refreshing taste of lemongrass, infusing the wine with a hint of herbal freshness."

2025, Marlborough, New Zealand - 100% Sauvignon Blanc. “Fresh and aromatic, with lemon verbena and lemongrass flavors that are juicy and refreshing, a touch of salted lime and fresh-grated ginger, while pear and yuzu notes linger on the finish.”

2022, Columbia Valley, WA - 95% Viognier, 5% Syrah. "This is what happens when a white wine gets made like a red wine and it's in the exact opposite proportions of a famous style of red wine in France. 93 points NW Wine Report."

375ml Bottle - 2022, Chianti Classico, Italy DOCG - 100% Sangiovese. "Ruby red with deep intensity and hue. Fine and elegant aromas dominated by wild berries, along with an array of spicy notes. Fruity on the palate with good tannins and a lingering finish."

2024, Tuscany, Italy IGT - 100% Sangiovese. "Intense ruby with violet reflections. The bouquet is intense, fruity, and spicy, with ripe blackberries, wild strawberries, spice and vanilla. The palate is full, fruity, persistent, and soft, with ripe blackberries, wild strawberries, and spice and vanilla in the finish."

2021, Columbia Valley, WA - 100% Sangiovese. "Sweet red cherry aroma balanced against darker Bing and Chelan cherry flavors. Notes of cedarwood in both aroma and flavor, leathery tannins, and modest acidity."

2023, Abruzzo, Italy DOC - 100% Montepulciano. "Aromas of ripe red cherries abound on the nose, while nuances of almonds appear on the back end of the palate. It is soft and pleasant with a clean, generous finish, acquired from a brief aging period of 3 months in large Slavonian oak casks following vinification in stainless steel tanks."

2022, Columbia Valley, WA - 62% Syrah, 34% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Grenache. "Dense and full of rich dark fruit flavors, each vintage of our Doyenne celebrates the classic marriage of Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Grenache, which gives the wine a beautiful floral lift. The 2022 vintage opens with fragrant aromas of blackberry compote, crème de cassis, green peppercorn, and a hint of capsicum. The first sip brings intrigue with flavors of Herbes de Provence and a sweet, gamey quality well matched by the wine’s bold texture. The palate is robust with chewy, tightly wound tannins and significant weight that lingers on the palate, complemented by notes of roasted coffee and cocoa on the finish."

"Showcasing a classic Cabernet profile, this expressive wine reveals a rich core of dark fruit – black cherry and black plum – interwoven with mocha, mint, pencil lead, and herbal nuances laced with eucalyptus. Floral accents of violet and lavender add aromatic lift. On the palate, layers of blackberry, cassis, and graphite unfold, supported by fine, powdery tannins and a supple structure that leads to a long, flavorful finish."

2023, Horse Heaven Hills, WA - 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. "An awesome value, the outstanding Soos Creek ‘King Cab’ Cabernet Sauvignon exudes class with its sagebrush and mocha tones on the nose alongside heady dark fruits. The palate is soft and fresh with a smooth texture and good sense of weight and acidity."

2022, Weinbau Vineyard, Wahluke Slope, WA - 100% Cabernet Franc. "This dark, rick Cabernet Franc has a nose loaded with blueberry, plum, and black fruit notes. Long and supple on the palate, it exhibits tremendous balance.The polished finish was developed in part from aging in new French oak barrels."

2023, Columbia Valley, WA - 76% Cabernet Sauvignon, 17% Merlot, 6% Malbec, 1% Petit Verdot. "The Monkey Wrench boasts aromas of luscious black cherry with a hint of spice. Sharp acidity is balanced by a full body that embraces the palate with blackberry, maraschino cherry, and spiced anise. Fine tannins integrate into a lengthy finish with a touch of dark chocolate and spice box that invite another sip."

2021, Columbia Valley, WA - 52% Grenache, 25% Syrah, 19% Mourvèdre, 4% Cinsault. "A Rhône-style red blend from the Columbia Valley. This vintage had everything for Rhône varieties to express full ripeness and balance. Complex aromas of ripe cherries, blackberries, tar, black pepper and garrigue spice lead to a rich palate with berry notes, balance and a hint of tannin."

2023, Willamette Valley, OR - 100% Pinot Noir. "Aromas of plum, pomegranate, bergamot and rose. Flavors of graphite, black tea, plum and clove with a long, juicy finish."

2023, Manchuela, Rioja, and Toro Spain50% Bobal, 50% Tempranillo. "Pale cherry color. Aromas of wild strawberries with light notes of fennel. Fresh in the mouth, light tactile sensations and smooth, elegant and fruity finish."
